04:04 PM - The Swiss Coblette

I know what you're thinking. You're thinking "When did Bryan start stealing content from Tina*?" Well no no no that's not what's happening here. Rather I was so happy with the meal I made for myself that i just couldn't help but share!

Usually with eggs I don't have a plan. The line between scrambled, fried, and an omelette usually depends on how well I crack and pour the eggs. Then I go from there. Today I started with just the whites for once, to see if it really is better without the yolk (and I think it might be!). I like to use just a little milk in omelettes but I usually mess up and put so much in that it burns. Not this time though!

I had some Short Cuts Southwestern Chicken left so I put that in on top of a piece of Swiss cheese, then threw som bacon and spinach on top. Honey Dijion dressing on the side (you can dip anything in that stuff!) For toast, a slice of 12 Grain with Seedless Strawberry AllFruit on it (yummy!)

Ok I'm sorry. I'll go back to talking about cool music and all that stuff, really, I promise. Mhmm.

*yes, I do realize that the presence of chicken in this would mean that Tina wouldn't ever make this anyway.

Comments

Bitch. Step. Off.

Nice work though. I like to have one whole egg and then use whites - the omelette still gets crispy and you have a nice bit of color and cholesterol.

we're such tough rockstars, talking about how many eggs to use in an omelette. haha.

Yeah. We certainly are thrilling. If people ate our food AND listened to our music at the same time though, heads would explode!
