This is the second installment of "Where are they now." Read the explanation of this feature in the first post. The Spectra Fantastic - I don't remember who they were and can't find any info on them, though according to google, they are unstable. At a Loss - This is some pretty standard "emo" type of stuff. At least I think so. Whatever you call the style, it's not for me. Looks like this band had some drama and lineup changes in the past couple years, but as of last November they're still playing shows and making music. You can listen to some songs on thier website, if you're curious. Asura Lasa - another one I can't seem to find any info on, past the fact that they existed based on seeing their name on a few kids' myspace music lists. Murdock - This may or may not be the right "Murdock" but they're from NY and have been around for a while so it's possible. Honestly I have no idea why MiG would be playing a show with a band that has a song called "Finger Bangin' USA" but stranger things have happened. This Murdock is a super aggressive band. Oh my. Secret Museum - No information is to be found on this band, though there is plenty of info floating around for the world music comp series called The Secret Museum of Mankind. Maybe one of these days I'll look into that one further. Super Lucky Cat - No, not Super Lucky Catz. NYC's Columbia-based Super Lucky Cat were one of the rare somewhat decent bands we played with at the time... as far as I can recall (and figure out from a few quick searches) the drummer went on to play in Bat Eats Plastic (what happened to them?) and frontman Zach is currently booking at Pianos and playing in The Octagon (who are playing at Sin-e on May 12th with the Unsacred Hearts!) Secret Museum was pretty good as I recall. I think they broke up a little while afer that show we played with them -- Brownies, right?

Hank the drummer from Super Lucky Cat is now in Aa. He is also in Stay Fucked with Joe who was also in Super Lucky Cat. Thank you.

Huh - found this site in a random Google search for my band. Very interesting idea! Are you ever going to get around to part 2? If so, I'll be interested to hear what you remember about playing with us.

Hah I should get around to it one of these days I suppose - hopefully I will (though I should probably use spell check next time - eek!).
I remember your band name - I think it was probably at Acme Underground - sound right to you? Not entirely sure that I actually caught your set though... but thanks for helping out for when I do get around to doing part two of 2002!

Asura Lasa broke up in 2003 (save for one show in 2004). We had 4 songs and one cover. We were lazy.
