05:05 PM - DownSouth! opening tonight

Park Slope's own Southpaw unviels (officially, this time - though we first saw it during the Art Brut show not long ago) their new downstairs bar/lounge, DOWNSOUTH! Stop by tonight to check it out and get some cheap drinks. And chances are you'll get to hang out with some really fun and friendly folks (both the guys over at the club and some nice neighborhood folks). The new space will be open during bigger shows at Southpaw, providing a nice place for people to get away from the crowded upstairs, while still getting to see and hear the show projected on the walls!
