The inaugural Beg Yr Pardon party the other night was great! You can see some photos I took of the bands on the BYP blog (a more complete wrapup with photos and audio should be popping up soonish) and read what our first DJ of the evening, Matt Earfarm, had to say about the night here. Don't miss the awesome sketches that his friend Franz did of the first two bands - Momad/El Madmo/that band that Norah Jones is in that isn't really a punk band but they wear whigs and sound good (see Jenny P's photos here) and Kickstart.

Thanks to all the bands that played (Momad, Kickstart, Fenwick, Up the Empire, and Cholo) and the DJ's who kept it going between the rock (Matt, DJ Mojo, and Holmes). You're all rad.

Next BYP is Tuesday, June 20th at the Delancey with Telenovela Star, Planes for Spaces, Takka Takka, and Higgins!

Bonus: The drummer of Momad/El Madmo also played in the post-Pavement Preston School of Industry! Interesting.
