Breakthru Radio is a pretty interesting thing. It's internet radio and podcasting done in a very accessible and attractive way - all with a built-in player right on their site and shows that span multiple genres and styles of music. The show Welcome to Monsterland features bands in NYC performing live at Monsterland Studio, and for this week's show they invited Man in Gray (yes, my own band) to perform and do an interview - previous bands have included The Diggs, Screaming Females, and Meta and the Cornerstones, with an upcoming performance by The Slits on the schedule. It was a fun experience and I like the feel of the whole thing - played like a live show but with good sound and a very relaxed atmosphere. You can also download the mp3 of Man in Gray on Breakthru Radio. It's a full set that includes some rarely played songs, some brand new stuff, and even a T. Rex cover.
