Man in Gray on Breakthru Radio | Main | Tiny Masters of Today @ CMJ
This morning I got an update from Via Audio with links to two new tracks - check them out: Via Audio - "We Can Be Good" Previously: Via Audio robotinev. Bonus! One of the guitarists from Via Audio has another band called Pineapple Island Tribesmen who I saw recently in a basement in NJ. They're a little silly, a little proggy, and totally goofy and awesome. Like Thurston Moore fronting a gypsy cult charging up a snow covered mountain, hunting the yeti.
Via Audio - "Modern Day Saints" * (highly recommended!)
These were recorded during the band's recent sessions with Jim Eno from Spoon. Looks like things are really taking off for the band, with Death Cab For Cutie's Chris Walla's interest in the band apparently giving them a big much-deserved push. Look for them this year at CMJ - they'll be at Pianos on Saturday.

we're very serious actually. its just too bad our ceremonial music appears highly out of context to thing-landers. thank you for your review friend, and for listening to our culture in the first place. we're not going away either, remembering more rituals every morning. the dreams are quite stressful though.
