Ack! According to the Vegan, my beloved Somethin' Else Records is closing! I missed the 5th Ave Street Fair yesterday (way to promote outside the neighborhood, Park Slope) but apparently there's a big "For Rent" sign above the doorway where I used to spend so many hours standing around waiting for customers. Damn. I don't even know anything about what's happening, but I hope that if the store really is closing (which, I mean, it sure looks like it is...) then Anthony can open up a new one somewhere nearby.
