01:47 PM - The Shondes release show for The Red Sea is tonight

It's not even 2pm and already the sky is dark with a nasty thunderstorm happening here in NYC. Don't think that's going to keep people at home tonight. Though you could pick any (or many) of the great shows happening to attend tonight, the one that's had my attention for the past couple months is a Luna Lounge in Brooklyn. The Shondes are celebrating this week's release of their album The Red Sea with a show starting promptly at 7pm. Joining them will be Royal Pink, The Art of Shooting, My Teenage Stride, and the Hungry March Band. Listen to The Shondes on Myspace.
